Thank you so much for the info that you provided, through your links I was able to find a facility for my brother called New Hope. I called and they offered everything that my brother needs, and they have a bed available...but my brother has to make the final call and admit himself to the facility. So now its a waiting game. But thank to your info I was able to hold up my end of the bargain, which was to find a place and he would go. Now we just wait to see if he'll hold up his end.
